HEATHER HORNE'S 'I Chose to Survive' Poetry
I was thrilled to read the article in the March 14, 2006, Richlands News-Press in Virginia about Heather Horne of North Tazewell and her book of poetry titled I Chose to Survive.
Heather states that the poems in her book deal with her experiences in an abusive relationship and that she hopes they'll help others deal with the problem. She goes on to say that her poems express the pain, fear, rage and disbelief she experienced in her situation -- but they also tell of the survival and hope she ultimately experienced.
You can find it at www.amazon.com. Enjoy.
